After retiring from professional sports Niambi Dennis found herself at a crossroads in her life. She had represented Oakley, the eyewear company, the Unites States Army and Reebok at the very highest level. Once all of this was missing from her life she felt as if her whole world had fallen apart.

Dennis was selected to be on the hit reality show Starting Over. She lived in the house for 35 days. This period had given her the time and space to find herself and regroup her thoughts and dreams. She came out and completed a course in self improvement.

She qualified as a life coach and went on to develop two CDs and is currently working on a third. The two CDs contain sessions for cognitive conditioning whilst the third is a more comprehensive coaching CD.

She is multi talented in that she is public speaker and a recording artist. One of the tools of her trade that she uses frequently is a handmade mirror designed to make you love yourself more. That, in her opinion is the forerunner to success in your life. You must love yourself before you can expect greatness of yourself.
