What Is A Leadership Coach?

What is a leadership coach or an executive coach? What do you have to do to be a successful executive or career coach?

The numbers can speak for themselves. Manchester Inc. surveyed 100 business executives, most of whom were from Fortune 100 companies, who had previously worked with executive coaches.

Approximately 53% of the respondents reported increases in productivity, 48% saw improvements in organizational strength, and 39% improved their customer service. About 77% reported better relationships with people who reported directly to them while 71% had improve relationships with their immediate supervisors. Better teamwork and improved relationships with their peers were acknowledged by 67% and 63% of the respondents, respectively.
