Who would say coaching teams with the best players in the world is an easier job?

Can you answer Narcanto D's question about Coaching?:

I've noticed that with Madrid which consisted of 90% of the world's best players but did not managed to win any trophies for more than 2 years…

As a coach, what you are expected to do when coaching clubs at this livel is to win most of the trophies you're involved in.

Now who can tell why did Real Madrid suck all these bunch of coaches?

I'd say its harder to be a coach of a good team because of all the expectation to win… if you are in charge of a crap team, nobody minds if you lose because they were expecting it anyways.

Just because you have what is supposed to be the best players doe not mean you have the best team, they are mostly over paid spoilt brats who think they can do it all alone and that each one probably thinks he is better than the other, and on top of all that they probably speak 5 or 6 different languages. and I am pretty sure that Beckham does not speak fluent Spanish

It's not as simple as it sounds. You have to get the players to gel, to work together as a team. Football is a team game. Even if you have eleven of the world's best players on the pitch playing for you, if they do not pass to each other, or even worse, argue with one another, you won't get anywhere.

A good coach is one who can motivate the team to work together and achieve results.
