How do you get into Life coaching?
Can you answer jules7784's question about Coaching?:
I have been searching for a while to find a course for life coaching. I am slighty worried as the courses seem so over priced and i am not sure if they are genuine!
Can anybody help or are you a life coach yourself?

Ask a surgeon to remove your brain
You put a sign out in front of your house that says 'Life Coach'. There are no governing bodies or laws regulating this industry. Anyone can be a life-coach.
All the 'certification' programs out there require you to pay to join. Other than that they require no training or education of any kind.
In other words: Anyone can be a life coach at any time. In fact, I now pronounce you a life coach. Go forth and conquer!!!
(And for that bit of life coaching I require you to pay me $200.00)
I'm a life coach… 24/7. I'm overworked and underpayed.
Just like every other PARENT.
I do life coaching, and you do not need a license. I just took a 3 hour course for $40.00 offered @ one of the adult schools, just to get the basics and fundamentals.
I would suggest that you are in close contact of your own being before going out there trying to coach someone else. If you want to add to it, take a course in counseling, it's just a different title. Don't you know how America is? They put a label on anything / everything.
