I am interested to know what kinds of people would be interested in becoming Management/Executive coaches. I coach executives and leaders and coach others to become executive coaches (www.coaching-coaches.com). I believe that almost anyone can learn these skills. I know people from teaching, HR, as well as management itself that I have trained but I am looking for people wanting to change their careers and become a part of this fantastic industry.
